At Mind & Body Therapy, our massage services promote both physical relaxation and overall well-being. Our skilled therapists blend traditional techniques with a holistic approach to create personalized treatments tailored to your unique needs.

Signature Massage/Bodywork
Our Mind & Body Serenity Signature Massage offers ultimate relaxation and personalized care. Marta, our expert therapist, uses techniques like Swedish massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy to ease tension and calm the nervous system. Sessions are customized, with options for clothed or unclothed treatments.

Healing Harmony Craniosacral Therapy
Experience the gentle power of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) in our Healing Harmony session. Using light touch, CST relieves restrictions in the craniosacral system, enhancing overall health. It effectively addresses conditions like migraines, chronic pain, PTSD, and anxiety while supporting the body’s natural healing processes.

Prenatal/Postpartum Massage
Prenatal massage improves circulation, reduces swelling, enhances sleep, and helps reconnect the mind and body for delivery. It lowers depression and anxiety, eases postpartum pain, and can shorten labor while reducing discomfort. Focus areas include the jaw (connected to the pelvis), pelvic floor muscles (supporting baby’s growth), and belly tension. Massage also helps open the body, counteracting the inward, forward posture common during pregnancy, promoting balance and comfort for moms-to-be.

Achieve balance and harmony through our nurturing, holistic therapies.

Somatic Processing Bodywork

Somatic Processing Bodywork will help you tune into physical sensations, breath, and gentle movement, our skilled practitioners guide you to release stress, trauma, and emotional blocks stored in your nervous system. This holistic approach fosters resilience, emotional balance, and deeper self-awareness, offering relief from anxiety, chronic stress, and past trauma.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating patterns within their relationships or overwhelmed by family dynamics that feel difficult to change. These patterns often show up in communication, boundaries, emotional reactivity, or feeling disconnected from the people who matter most.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in MFT from Abilene Christian University. I work with couples, families, and individuals who want to better understand themselves and their relationships through a systemic and family-of-origin lens.

My work is primarily informed by Bowenian Family Systems Theory, with influences from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This means we focus on understanding relational patterns, emotional processes, and the ways past experiences shape current behaviors, while also building practical skills for emotional awareness, communication, and flexibility.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, balancing validation with gentle challenge, and helping clients strengthen connection, boundaries, and self-understanding within their relationships.

I believe meaningful change happens not by fixing individuals, but by understanding the systems we are part of and learning how to respond differently within them in ways that foster growth, resilience, and more fulfilling relationships.

Claire is supervised by Andrew Ahles, LMFT-Supervisor
